Join us for a fun evening learning how to make hand cut ravioli from scratch.  Everyone will work in groups of two to make their dough, knead it, sheet it out and make ravioli with a ground pork and Italian sausage, mozzarella and parmesan cheese filling.  Our sauce will be a creamy, white wine and leek sauce for the ravioli.  To finish off the evening, everyone will enjoy a twist on tiramisu with a limoncello tiramisu for a little something sweet.
