Owl Power, a Nature/PBS documentary, will be shown at Waukesha Public Library on Wednesday, December 13 at 10:00 AM. Using the latest in camera technology, computer graphics, x-rays and super-sensitive microphones, the film examines how owls hunt, how their superior vision and hearing works, and how they fly so silently – abilities that are currently influencing 21st century technology and design. An informal discussion will follow, with coffee and doughnuts provided by Friends of Waukesha Public Library.
