If you ever wanted to see a performer locally before they make it big, this may be your night. We had the opportunity watch him perform at Wauktober and knew we needed to add him to our music/food series ASAP. Ken Williams is from Milwaukee and is a country/soft rock singer-songwriter who plays acoustic guitar and sings songs from the 90’s to today. He also has a lot music friends that frequent Chef Pam’s Kitchen so you never know who may join him on stage. We will start out the evening with a music set, drinks and fellowship, then on to some great BBQ by Smokey OB’s – his smoked pork belly is worth the price of admission by itself. And of course, we will finish off the evening with a sweet southern treat of Chef Pam’s Key Lime pie and more music. This is an evening where you don’t help cook; you just sit back and enjoy the music, great food and meet new friends.
