Thai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines in the nation with over 10,000 restaurants in the U.S.  Join us for an evening exploring it together.  We will be prepping and chopping to prepare two kinds of lettuce wraps:  chicken and ground beef.  To accompany the lettuce wraps we will make coconut rice.  For dessert, Thai banana roti will be our sweet to end our evening; a popular street food sold everywhere in Thailand.
